To book an initial phone consultation (no charge), please send a message through the Contact Form below (or email address below) with your request. Please be sure to complete and scan (see email link below) your consent form prior to your first counseling session.
Each therapy session is 55 minutes. Each Clinical Supervision meeting is 1 hour.
Private Pay Only:
We are a private pay practice and as such, we do not bill insurance directly. No diagnosis is needed for private pay services. If you are submitting for insurance reimbursement, a diagnosis is required. Please see ‘note’ below re: Super Bill.
HSA Accepted - Health Savings Accounts are accepted as a form of payment (you can use your HSA credit card in the ‘Pay’ tab on this website. It is recommended that you confirm with your HSA provider in advance to ensure that services are reimbursable (they normally are).
Note: A Super Bill will be provided monthly or every other month. Client or responsible party will pay in full (both private pay and insurance pay clients). For those using insurance, when you receive your 'Paid in Full Invoice' from ECS (Emergent Counseling Services) you will submit this invoice to your insurance for reimbursement. ECS may be an in or out of network provider for your insurance.
